Havells Platina Wall Fan 400mm
The Havells Platina Wall Fan is designed to provide strong, space-saving airflow for homes, offices, shops, classrooms, and other indoor environments. This Havells Wall Fan 400mm combines a wide sweep with high-speed performance, making it a practical 400mm Wall Mounted Fan for areas where floor space is limited. As a High Speed Wall Fan and a dependable Wall Fan Sri Lanka customers can use during warm conditions, it delivers focused cooling without occupying a table or floor area.
Its 400mm sweep and three aerodynamically designed blades work together to move air efficiently across the room. The balanced blade construction supports smoother rotation and helps maintain consistent airflow during regular operation. With a rated speed of up to 2000 revolutions per minute, the fan can circulate air quickly, making it useful for bedrooms, living areas, kitchens, workspaces, reception areas, retail counters, and compact commercial settings.
Air delivery reaches up to 95 cubic metres per minute, helping refresh occupied spaces and reduce the discomfort caused by still, warm air. Wall mounting positions the fan above furniture and everyday activity, allowing airflow to travel across a useful area without creating an obstacle at ground level. This arrangement is especially helpful in rooms where desks, chairs, appliances, or storage units already use most of the available floor space.
Three selectable speed settings allow the airflow to be adjusted according to the room and time of day. A lower setting can support gentler circulation, while higher settings provide stronger air movement when temperatures rise. Pull-cord controls provide direct access to speed selection and oscillation, allowing the fan to be operated without reaching behind the appliance. The separate controls make routine adjustments simple and convenient.
Smooth oscillation distributes air across a wider portion of the room instead of directing it toward only one fixed point. The fan can oscillate through approximately 60 degrees, making it suitable for spaces occupied by several people. Its adjustable upward and downward tilt mechanism gives users further control over airflow direction, helping target seating areas, beds, workstations, or other frequently used parts of the room.
The front safety guard uses a dense 120-spoke design that helps reduce accidental contact with the rotating blades. This protective construction is valuable in active households and workplaces where people regularly move near the installation area. The fan should still be mounted securely at a suitable height and kept away from curtains, loose materials, and other objects that could interfere with blade movement or ventilation.
Motor protection is supported by a thermal overload protector. This system is designed to help safeguard the motor if operating temperatures rise excessively or electrical conditions become unsuitable. The high-speed motor uses approximately 110W during operation and is designed to maintain dependable air movement during extended use. Correct installation, suitable wiring, and regular cleaning can help support reliable long-term performance.
The glossy white body and opaque blades give the Havells Platina Wall Fan a clean, versatile appearance that coordinates easily with many interior colour schemes. The wall-mounted format supports an uncluttered room layout, while the aerodynamic blades and balanced assembly help provide stable operation. Dust should be removed periodically from the guard, blades, and motor housing after the fan has been switched off and disconnected from power.
Installation should be completed on a solid wall using the correct mounting hardware. The bracket must be firmly secured, and the fan should have adequate clearance for oscillation and tilt adjustment. Once installed correctly, its combination of high speed, wide sweep, directional control, and pull-cord operation makes the Platina suitable for personal cooling as well as shared indoor areas.
For delivery and storage planning, the fan has approximate assembled dimensions of 45 × 24 × 44 cm and an approximate net weight of 3.0 kg. The retail package measures 46.7 × 24.2 × 45.4 cm and weighs approximately 3.5 kg. With strong airflow, adjustable positioning, three speed settings, smooth oscillation, and thermal motor protection, this wall fan offers a refreshing and practical cooling solution for everyday indoor comfort.
