Products: Create and Manage Listings

Create a professional product listing

Use clear product information and accurate stock data so Sri Lankan buyers know exactly what they are ordering.

Go to Products > All Products and select Add Product.
Enter the title, URL handle, summary, and detailed description.
Add structured specifications and upload up to 10 useful media files.
Enter the LKR price, SKU, barcode information, quantity, and stock behaviour.
For physical products, enter weight, dimensions, country of origin, HS code, and customs description.
Add variants when an item has options such as colour, storage, or size.
Review the SEO preview, then assign status, sales channels, category, brand, type, collections, and tags.
Review every field and select Save.

Review the completed listing

This example shows a completed electronics draft. Keep a new listing in Draft while checking its title, category, brand, specifications, image, price, and shipping details.

Important

Use the All, Active, Draft, and Archived filters to manage listings. Keep quantity at zero until stock is ready. Imported CSV catalogues should be reviewed before activation. Related guides: Inventory, Locations, and Brands; Product Boosts.
